Spirit of Hope Award From Master Custom Builder Council

Each year the Master Custom Builder Council selects one of its members to receive the “Spirit of Hope” award, which recognizes one’s dedicated service to the community.

The 2023 MCBC Spirit of Hope Award went to our very own Brett Lundequam during their annual MCBC holiday dinner.

Not only is Brett generous with his time and knowledge, but he also sits on the Master Custom Builder Council board as the Treasurer and Education Co-Chair. Part of his responsibilities as Education Co-Chair is engaging with building industry professionals that can share their expertise with the other members. Brett helped coordinate various presentations for the MCBC members in 2023 which they found to be very insightful.

Some of the industry experts who participated were material suppliers, Two Trails – a green certification company, legal experts, construction methodology experts, and members of the building departments from the various municipalities in Central Florida.
