/in News/by lundevBringing 1670 Chestnut to Parade of Homes 2021
LunDev along with the Mosley Team, Mick Night and John Pinel, Winter Park Design, Ayers Davis Interiors, and a long list of incredible partners are proud to present 1670 Chestnut for the 68th annual Parade of Homes Orlando.
1670 Chestnut is a spacious transitional farmhouse located on a quiet street in Winter Park. With four bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, it’s more than a house, it’s a retreat.
Behind each door you’ll find sophisticated design and masterful craftsmanship by Orlando’s finest. At 1670 Chestnut, the open-concept design creates seamless living from one room to the next. Patterned wallpaper combined with sparkling gold accents and unique lighting throughout the home create a signature look, while maintaining a clean, serene palette.
Though staying cozy inside is easy in a home like this, paradise awaits you outdoors. The pool and spa are the perfect places for weekend parties or a relaxing sunset float, especially with the summer kitchen close by! It’s the perfect marriage of indoor living and outdoor fun.
We can’t wait to welcome you to 1670 Chestnut for Parade of Homes Orlando 2021! As always, the Greater Orlando Builders Association does a fantastic job putting on Parade of Homes, and this year is not one you’re going to want to miss! Join us July 10, 11, 17, and 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1670 Chestnut and head over to our page on the Parade of Homes Orlando website for more information.
